These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Summit 23 LLC, dba Rinnova Spaces ("Rinnova Spaces," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website and AI design tools (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or submit content that infringes another person's rights.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos and inputs you upload ("Your Content"). You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and to allow us to process it to generate outputs for you. You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service and deliver your requested output.
AI-generated outputs
Outputs are generated by AI based on your inputs and are provided as inspiration only. They may contain inaccuracies, may not reflect what is physically possible in your space, and should not be relied upon for construction, structural, code, valuation, or real estate disclosure purposes. Always consult qualified professionals before making design or construction decisions.
Virtual staging outputs must be disclosed as such if used in real estate listings, consistent with applicable MLS and advertising rules.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- No content depicting other people without their consent.
- No attempts to bypass safety, rate limits, or security controls.
- No use to create misleading representations of real property.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Summit 23 LLC and protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited rights granted to you to use the Service, no other rights are granted.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUMMIT 23 LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
